Refund policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase you make with HeartLINK Health Services. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your order.

AED Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14 day return or exchance policy.  Unopened, unused AEDs in their original factory-sealed packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly before shipping any item back — returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, ordered incorrectly), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

All Other Items

All other products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion — please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Received the Wrong Item?

If you believe you received an incorrect item, please call us directly. We'll do our best to make it right quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
